I enjoyed reading this article this morning as I start my day. I have read “Elastic: Flexible Thinking in a Constantly Changing World” as we find more means to navigate the team and our business in the right direction relevant today and on course for the future.
You need to put in place checkpoint for your business and team to measure development. How important is your team to your success? How relevant is your cause in the society? If you are not providing your product and services in your marketplace today, will the market miss it?
What’s the emotional intelligence of your team, do you understand each team member?
Ultimately, do not be rigid, but be flexible and responsive to the need of your customers, your tribe and marketplace.
Pay a great deal of attention to a bad habit, or management at all levels as you don’t want to be a trap.
